A 30-minute conversation to understand where you are, where you want to be, and whether coaching is the right fit. No commitment, no pressure.

Design the engagement

We agree on focus areas, cadence, and success measures. Typically six months of fortnightly sessions, but we tailor it to your reality.

The work

Structured, practical sessions. We work on real challenges from your week — not hypothetical scenarios. You leave each session with a clear action.

Accountability and progress

I hold you accountable between sessions. We track progress against the goals you set, adjust as needed, and celebrate the wins.
